Guiding Individuals or groups to create a meaningful ritual for daily use or to mark special occasions. Rituals help us feel both grounded and connected to divinity. Any religious, non-religious, or philosophical ideals will be honored.

Ceremonies

Me-Again can guide a group to embody the energy of a special occasion: Solstice, holidays–religious or non—childbirth, coming of age, divorce, etc.

Rosh Hodesh

Head of the Month — New Moon

Dance/Movement rituals created and improvised to embody the energy of the new month and movement to create intention on the path to wholeness.

Memorial Dance

A simple circle of mourners co-creating an original dance to commemorate the unique qualities of their loved one.

Birthdays

A special, personalized Nia class for groups, big or small, to celebrate a birthday in a radiant, exciting, and healthy way.
